  1. Why the timing this summer?
    My clients who do the very best are committed no matter WHAT. This is a busy time of year...but there's no time like the present. I'm ready if you are. We'll finish up right before Labor Day so you can navigate the fall with confidence. 

  2. Can I miss a session? |
    |Yes!  No problem. I'll send out the resources every Monday and the recording every Tuesday. You can go at your own pace

  3. What do I get in the program?
    Weekly resources, a 30-minute webinar on a specific, progressive topic each week (4 weeks) and resources sent to you via email every Monday before the Tuesday session. Everyone gets sent a book, too!

  4. Do I need any special tools or supplies?
    Nope! You can work with what you have on hand and I'll give you guidance along the way within the group setting. It will be customizable to your life. 

  5. How can I get my questions answered as we go along?
    You can submit your questions via email whenever you want and weeks 2-4 will have a designated weekly Q&A at the start of each session. 

  6. Do I have to follow a specific dietary plan during the program?
    You can adapt what we're doing to suit your needs. I teach a whole-foods-based, mostly vegetarian/plant-based diet (like the plan in Anti-Inflammatory Diet Meal Prep) but you can do anything ranging from vegan to keto or anything in between. 

  7. Is this a replacement for working 1:1 with you?
    No, it's not. That's still the 'gold standard' of personalized care but the group program is designed to get you started at a more approachable price as you learn with others. 

  8. Can I get a refund, pause or extend the program?
    No: it's designed for a period of time specifically. You'll get the best results if you can follow along weekly. 

  9. Is the program designed specifically for weight loss?
    Many people do lose weight on the program but that's not guaranteed. There are many, many factors that go into weight loss so if you need some individualized support, please reach out and we'll talk about some 1:1 work. 

  10. Should I tell my doctor I'm doing this program?
    Please do! If you're on certain medications (blood pressure or blood sugar lowering among others), you may need to be working with your doctor for monitoring along the way. I may provide fitness advice but again, please get medical clearance or extra support based on your own unique needs.
